課程概述 |
Sophomore Composition is a one-year foundation course that helps students advance their writing skills, and prepares them for college writing. For this semester (first semester), we will first concentrate on prewriting skills and strategies (brainstorming topics, reading-writing conversation, outlining, etc.), before introducing the basics of writing an essay, and editing skills. For the second semester, we will focus on argumentative essays, before we turn to writing a short research paper. |
